With apparently only five rooms, the Maya Beach Hotel is tiny, and without a huge number of stars to its name you would be right to expect more comfort than luxury, because the Maya Beach Hotel is looking for guests who don’t want to spend all the time in their rooms.

Belize City the Largest City in Belize

Belize City is the largest city in the small country of Belize, an industrial port, and a mainstay on the cruise ship circuit. With a population of around 70,000, its considered more of a small-big city, more of a place where people go to relax than it is a place for a lot of excitement.
